RETURN POLICY
PT Eureka Mandiri

PT Eureka Mandiri is committed to providing high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for:
- ✔ Defective products
- ✔ Non-defective products
Returns are only accepted for new and unused products in their original condition, including original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories.
Products that show signs of use, damage caused by customers, or incomplete packaging may be rejected.
2. Return Window
Customers may request a return within:
7 (seven) days from the date the product is received.
Return requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
3. Exchanges
We accept product exchanges under the same conditions as returns, subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
4. Return Methods
Customers may return products through one of the following methods:
- In-store return
- Drop-off at a designated return location
- Return by mail / courier service
Customers are responsible for arranging and shipping the returned product.
5. Return Shipping & Label
- Customers must download and print the return label (if applicable).
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.
PT Eureka Mandiri is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
6. Restocking Fee
A 30% restocking fee of the product price will be deducted from the refund amount for all approved returns.
Shipping fees (original and return shipping) are non-refundable.
7. Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 (fourteen) business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
8. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, customers must:
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide proof of purchase (invoice/order number).
- Provide photos (if the product is defective).
Our team will provide further instructions after reviewing your request.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Products returned without original packaging
- Items returned after the 7-day window
